A central air-conditioning system must be periodically inspected and maintained by a trained professional in order to function properly. Just like a doctor, we perform a thorough yearly inspection of your unit.
The tune-up inspection includes: cleaning the exterior condenser unit and components, inspecting the condensate drain lines, cleaning the air filter, testing the air circulation, measuring the indoor and outdoor conditions, and adjusting the refrigerant charge.
